Auxesia Collaborative is led by Amy Roberts, a seasoned operations and growth strategist with over 20 years of experience in retail, wellness, skincare, franchising, and multi-location business development. Amy has helped launch and grow businesses across the country, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to every project.

Her experience includes leading new location development for Woodhouse Spas, opening multiple retail locations for L’Occitane en Provence, and driving market growth in both retail and service-based industries. Throughout her career, she has specialized in building strong operational systems, developing high-performing teams, and guiding businesses through successful launches and expansions.
